Inject some creativity into your week with my drawing, painting and printmaking classes in Shrewsbury.

I offer courses in a range of media. Dates of my current courses are below. Please bring your own materials – if you’re not sure what you need let me know and I’ll send you a list.

Classes are suitable for both beginners and improvers. Don’t worry if you have no previous experience, I will take you through all the basics. I firmly believe that anyone can learn to draw and paint – if they have a good enough teacher!

And if you want some intensive tutoring you can also book for one-to-one sessions, which cost £50 per hour. I can also teach group workshops locally and further afield. If you belong to or run a club or organisation that would like to try some art then do get in touch.

Watercolour Wednesdays
Try the wonderful medium of watercolour and create vibrant, colourful landscapes and still life paintings using a wide variety of techniques. The price excludes materials, but does include lots of coffee and homemade cake.
Autumn 2026 term: September 14th-December 11th (with a half term break from October 26th-30th) from 10am-12.30pm.

Painting with Acrylics & Oils
Learn painting techniques suitable for oils and acrylics, exploring colour, tone, texture and picture composition. The price excludes materials, but does include lots of coffee and homemade cake.
